Your max bet account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within your account, including all bets, deposits and withdrawals made using your login credentials.

Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad or passport and a recent bank statement. This process is in place to protect you and to prevent any unauthorised use of the platform.

The minimum withdrawal on max bet is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or eWallet registered in the same name as your max bet account. Transfers to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

Max bet's maximum total liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You may close your max bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been settled. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via the same payment method used for your original deposit, subject to fulfilment of all applicable conditions.
Max bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms & conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC requirements within the stipulated period, or upon request by a competent law enforcement authority.
Players who feel they need a break from gaming may apply for self-exclusion for a period of 1 week to 1 year, or permanently.
